Hi! We love our stockists and are always happy to share our products with new shops!

HOW TO ORDER:
You can order through our general shop by sending us a list of product names and quantities. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges with shipping.
​
STOCK:
If there is anything in the shop that has a lower stock than what you had hoped to order, just email us for availability and we can adjust your invoice based on stock.
Larger orders may require more time; please contact me for information about availability before ordering, allowing plenty of time, as it could take up to 8 weeks should there not be any stock available.
PRODUCT SAMPLES:
We are not able to supply product samples free of charge.
WHOLESALE PRICING:
All prices are listed in UK GBP. All authorised retailers will receive 40% off the price on the website, plus the cost of shipping. Trade clients will receive 20% off the price on the website, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any domestic orders over £750. We cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments through USPS.

MINIMUM ORDER:
Our wholesale minimum for Tarot is 10 decks. For orders that are only prints/cushions/mouse mats/clocks etc., we ask for a minimum order of £100. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for before items are shipped out. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.

RE-ORDERS:
£100 minimum order is required for re-orders. If you are one of our returning vendors and wish to pay within 14 days of your order, let us know and we will update your invoice. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 14 days past due.

CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to info@yasmeenwestwood.com within 48 hours.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payments through online Stripe or bank transfer are all accepted forms of payment.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged on each invoice at a rate of 7% per invoice total, a minimum charge of £25.00 will apply.

You are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Yasmeen Westwood Art.

NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
Some of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of production, each product may vary slightly.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at info@yasmeenwestwood.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.

WEB COMMERCE:
No products or goods purchased from or produced by us shall be resold by or through any on-line auction or online store – such as Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, or other similar sites – without the express, written authority of ourselves. If the wholesale account is planning to sell The Tarot of Enchanted Dreams in an online store/marketplace, it must be owned by the entity applying for a wholesale account and listed on the wholesale application to be approved by ourselves. You are only authorised to sell through the retail store listed on your initial application. Secondary stores must receive prior approval.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to give a warning for failure to comply with our web commerce guidelines and/or cease providing you with any of our products and end our trading relationship with you.

PRODUCT IMAGES:
We will make available images that you might require for your online presence. Should you require additional images, please see our Image Usage guidelines.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Any personal information that your provide to us including; name, address, telephone number, and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals.
